Henry E. Teich
Hank's personal injury practice involves car and trucking accidents, premises liability, and other negligence. His workers' compensation practice frequently involves workers whose injuries prevent them from returning to their previous jobs and who are in danger of not being able to work at all in the future. Hank's interest is making sure that his clients get the best medical treatment available and protecting his clients from oppressive insurance company tactics.
In 1987, Hank was appointed Public Guardian. He retired from that position in 2007 after 20 years of service to incompetent adults and mentally disabled Veterans in Buncombe County and across North Carolina.
In 2007 Hank received the Order of Service from the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. The award is given to members for generous contributions of service in advancing the Academy's mission of protecting people's rights.
