Participating counsel for group settlement for injury and wrongful death of passengers resulting from miniature train wreck at Cleveland Park in Spartanburg.  Grimes Teich Anderson represented a minor injured in the wreck and her mother who received a portion of the total settlement.  Other attorneys represented other members of the train passengers.
