I want to thank Ms. Hamrick for helping my daughter win an appeal for SSA assistance. We have struggled for several years with appeals of our own, but thanks to Grimes-Teich-Anderson for coming to our rescue. Special note of appreciation goes to Katie Gates, paralegal for Ms. Hamrick for answering our questions and keeping us up-dated on the process. Thank you all for helping our family.

Dealing with my workers compensation claim thru the companies insurance company was a truly de-humanizing experience. I had to call the insurance adjuster over a period of 6 months just to get them to recognize my injury. Then after 2 years of inadequate care and a truly horrible "corrective" surgery and another 2 year recovery period, the company claimed that I had reached maximum improvement and offered a truly paltry sum of money that would not have covered my future medical care. I turned to Henry Teich for help and not only did he spend many many hours pouring over my case, but he and Christy made me feel like I was a worthwhile case and empathized with my plight. The team of Henry and Christy worked with the insurance company to not only get me two more years of treatment, but also obtained a settlement that was over twice what the insurance company offered.

Scott Anderson represented me on my Workmens Compensation Case. He was caring, professional and personable. He is very available and easy to talk to about any aspect of your case. He met all of our expectations in a very caring way. His Paralegal, Christie was just the best! She was very accommodating and answered the important questions that were very much a part of our case. You could not find a better Lawyer to handle your Workmens Comp. case. Scott Anderson is the best and rates an A+++. RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY!

I have been a client of Anna Hamrick and Katie Gates for almost ten months. In the very beginning, dealing with a Worker's Compensation injury was something I thought I could handle on my own. I found out very quickly that is not the case, by any means. I was extremely hesitant to approach a law firm because foolishly, I felt horrible about doing so. Due to the absence of any communication from my employer, I felt I was somehow in the wrong. Well, as it turns out I was very mistaken. I met with Anna Hamrick and Katie Gates about two weeks after my injury. I had gotten nowhere with anything and felt worthless. How can this be happening to me? Immediately I felt that both Anna and Katie were motivated by what is right for me and not by financial concern or gains. They simply wanted me to feel like a person again, which I didn't, and hold those responsible accountable for their actions. I will not deny the first few months were very difficult and I don't know how Katie was capable of dealing with my call and emails and even my desire to just give up at times. She kept me going and kept me positive and things are progressing as they should. Sure, it is a long road, but I have absolute confidence I am in beyond capable hands with Anna Hamrick, Katie Gates and everyone at GTA! You All are and have been in my corner from day one and I am so grateful for everything. I will never be able to repay your patience and kindness, Anna and Katie, and I thank you both so much!

My life has been completely changed since my injury. I was to my wits end when I saw Mr. Teich do a t.v. commercial for the firm. The workers’ comp (insurance) group was treating me like I had done something wrong. A little voice said, ‘you need someone to represent you', so, I called and set up a consult with Mr. Teich and Christine. From the first impression of Mr. Teich I knew I had made the right choice. He worked so hard for me and would call me himself – that was impressive. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so important and my voice mattered. Completely opposite of what I was going through with the workers’ comp (insurance) people. I know my life will never be the same as before the injury but, now I have a new chapter in my life thanks to Mr. Teich and Christine and the entire staff.

I would like to thank all who had something to do with my case. Getting my Social Security Disability has changed my life. I’m now able to pay my bills. I never would have gotten it without your help. And I really, really, really want to thank Mr. Brian Buchanan, he was just wonderful and made me feel at ease. I was so blessed to have him as my lawyer. Every month that I receive my check I’ll always think of you and thank the Lord that I chose you to help me.

Scott Anderson and his paralegal, Pam Halsnik did an outstanding job with my case! Thanks!

Thanks again for all your help. Have referred several people to the firm and am grateful for the respect and kind consideration you have shown to me. If I ever need an attorney again (which I pray I don’t) your firm will be at the top of my list. Have a good week and God bless each of you.
- Sincerely, June Hannah-Mathis
I had a very good experience with Grimes Teich Anderson. They took care of all the paperwork, they kept me informed at all times during this year long process, they made sure all my medical bills were paid. They really took care of me and my rights. I really recommend their services.
- Thanks again, Walter
I felt like my case was personal to Henry and his paralegal, Sam and I wasn’t just on some conveyor belt. I was never in the dark about my case and was always kept up to date with what was going on in my case and I felt included in everything. Sam is particularly helpful. She is always cheerful and a pleasure to speak with. Henry shows a lot of dedication and concern and that’s why I would recommend them to others.
My husband and I would like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to Jeffrey Martin, Tasha and Meagan. My husband worked hard, his entire life and could never get what he truly deserves, but, because of Jeff he received a fair settlement. We are so thankful, and were so blessed to have Jeff Martin represent us.

Brian, I want to thank you and Ms. Willetts for all of your help during the appeal. Your expertise and approachable personality was truly welcomed, and having you present for the SSA hearing reduced my anxieties about the process.
I will gladly refer others to you if they are needing assistance with disability or injury. If I were to encounter trouble with the SSA in the future, you will be my first contact. Your professionalism is a step above.
May God bless you and Grimes Teich Anderson

I was very satisfied with all the help I received with this case. I could always reach out and would immediately be contacted. They were more like friends than and attorney's office - always there.
I have been working since 2009 trying to have my claim for Bladder Cancer recognized by the Veteran’s Administration. Vietnam veterans bear their heads against the wall trying to have claims for Bladder Cancer, due to Agent Orange, Agent White, Agent Blue, diesel fuel, JP4 and all thing to which they were subjected to by the VA.
My claim was first filed on my own, where I was wrapped in more paper work than is humanly possible to generate. These were me with rejections where the person who denied would not even put their name to the paper and sign. Having given up on my own contact was made with the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and with my own doctors who refused to help or just decided it was a waste of time since it was not on the approved listing. When I contracted Type II diabetes (automatic claim) the veterans administration denied the claim and required me to appeal before they approved it.
With my last appeal for Bladder Cancer, I decided that the only way that I had a chance before I died was with some qualified assistance. Contact was made with the law firm of Grimes Teich Anderson. They assigned my claim with Tod Leaven and Sal LoMonaco, and for the first time I felt like someone cared and that the members of this law firm were on my side. Due to their persistence, I received a judicial hearing within a short period, my claim was approved, and disability finalized.
All veterans with a claim feeling you don’t have a chance or feel defeated need to make contact with Grimes Teich Anderson and let qualified personnel get you through claims procedures. They will evaluate your claim and work through it with you from beginning to end and treat you with compassion and caring.
